Amanda has more than twenty years experience guiding businesses of all sizes through thick-and-thin. She is a specialist in accounting and is in charge of the Gloss accounts preparation team. She is also experienced in developing streamlined internal processes to allow businesses to reduce the amount of time they spend on basic bookkeeping and recording. 

Caroline is a start-up expert, highly skilled in business planning and raising finance. With a Masters in Business Science, she is well equipped to handle consultancy assignments and has advised many salon owners on how to reduce their time involvement with the business while maintaining tight control. She is also an expert in cloud-based accounting systems.

Patricia is a specialist in on-boarding new salon clients and makes sure that great lines of communication are maintained between the salon owner and the Gloss team. Patricia is also iPass qualified, and heads up our payroll team which processes thousands of payrolls each month. With our in-house lawyer, she also handles HR queries and administration around salon contracts.
